With deep experience across all facets of commercial real estate—from leasing retail space to guiding land development—Niki specializes in site selection along the Gulf Coast, leveraging research, technology, and tenacity to find the right fit for clients. Through extensive research, cutting-edge technology, travel, or even direct calling on properties, she has curated proven methods in identifying ideal properties that meet her clients’ needs, negotiating the best deal on their behalf, and enabling them to confidently secure contracts and close project requirements.

Niki is also co-founder of Grindstone Developments, LLC, overseeing land acquisition and entitlements for site development of residential subdivisions, while her partner manages the engineering and civil construction aspects. Together, they collaborate seamlessly to transform large tracts of land into entitled, buildable lots ready for residential construction.

As a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and current President of the Alabama CCIM Chapter Gulf Coast District, she advocates for education in real estate, believing that informed decision-making is essential in an industry where choices can shape financial legacies for generations.

With an education in public relations and graphic design from The University of Alabama, Niki brings a creative edge to real estate marketing. An FAA-certified drone pilot and award-winning designer, she combines high-tech tools with strategic insight to elevate her clients’ visibility and success.
